Las Salinas
This is probably the most popular beach on the island. Located in the middle of a natural park of the same name and serving as a meeting point for tourists and celebrities throughout the summer, Las Salinas is a vast sandy beach almost one kilometre long.
Pretty much the whole beach is made up of fine white sand, although at the far end you will find some coves with rocky entrances. Some of them are cut short as they are the remnants of old marés stone quarries. The water is extraordinarily clear, with a beautiful sandy seabed that is not too deep in the part closest to the shore.
