Santa Gertrudis
The population of Santa Gertrudis was entirely devoted to farming in the past, but now this village in the centre of the island has become a key meeting point for tourists and residents. Its wide range of restaurants and shops make it an essential place to explore, both in the evening and during the day.
It has a spacious pedestrian area with a large church that overlooks the village square. This church was built in the 18th century and has an upper storey and a double bell tower. In front of it is a vibrant area with various bars and restaurants, similar to the rest of the village.
