Las Dalias

In 1954 a roadside bar with a dance hall opened in the Sant Carles district and began to win over the locals and visitors.

In the 60s, right in the middle of the hippy era, many artisans that sold their creations at the Es Canar market would meet there at the end of the working day. The bar grew in size and its gardens began to host impromptu concerts which were attended by world-renowned musicians who were visiting Ibiza.

Its music scene was soon joined by an artisanal element, with a market being established in its gardens that is today an experience that should not be missed.
