If you’ve enjoyed a long night out and it’s gotten late for breakfast, we propose the late breakfast at El Embarcadero restaurant from 9:00 am to noon. How hard it is to choose when everything is within your reach! That’s how you’ll feel at our buffet-style restaurant featuring live cooking stations, fresh fruit and vegetables, natural juices and smoothies, cheeses and cold cuts, cereals, yogurts, and a wide variety of freshly baked breads and pastries, among many other options. Next to La Cascada restaurant, you’ll find La Cascada Snack Bar, a more informal option in true beach-bar style for the long pool days that await you.
This original food truck is our edgiest dining spot. You’ll find it at The Core, offering a selection of international street food inspired by food markets around the world.
