8. Jurisdiction. Applicable law.

Any conflict that arises from this website shall be governed by Spanish law, hence any dispute that may arise with the users, with regard to the conditions of use and any other claim that may be related to the website’s contents and services, shall be decided by the Judges and Courts of Ibiza, and shall be construed according to Spanish law; the parties expressly waive their right to proceed in their own jurisdiction or any other to which they may be entitled.
