San Carlos

San Carlos is located in the north of the island, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia. As you enter you will see a beautiful church that is typically Ibizan in style, with white walls, a wide columned porch, arches and even a well. Its bell tower, in the shape of a belfry, has been placed to one side. Surrounding it is a well-maintained green space with palm trees. On the other side of the street, tucked away in the corner, you will find a local institution: Bar Anita (or Ca n’Anneta). Famous for its artisanal herb liqueur, this bar radiates a cosmopolitan atmosphere, a legacy of the hippy era.
